Media Coordinator

Like everyone at S&B, our Media Account Coordinator can’t be satisfied with the “same old, same old” as they help us facilitate unprecedented success for our clients. You’ll support the media team with a variety of planning and buying assignments (digital, broadcast and print), and assist with general office needs when requested. Main duties include issuing media orders to vendors, maintaining plan documents (flowcharts, budget trackers), pulling digital campaign performance reports, trafficking ad materials for campaigns across media types and some media buying. The Media Coordinator is a critical touchpoint in the media planning and buying process that ensures that campaigns run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in communications or marketing, with an emphasis on advertising course work and possess the following qualities:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Solid math skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines at once
