Essential duties include:

• Create and present strategic online media recommendations.
• Negotiate and secure the best possible rates and positions.
• Effectively manage campaigns including tracking, optimizing, analyzing and reporting.
• Keep up-to-date on latest online, social and mobile trends, research and emerging technology.
• Work with other members of the media department to develop multi-media campaigns.

What you will need:

• Four-year degree with 2+ years interactive media planning and buying experience.
• Familiarity with ad serving/tracking/optimizing/reporting technologies.
• Skills in paid placement search engine management.
• Experience with social and mobile marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Sound analytical thinking with good quantitative skills.
• Strong work ethic and dedicated team player.

Title: Art Director

For more than 50 years, Stephan & Brady has been connecting with our clients’ customers to motivate action on their behalf. We are a mid-sized marketing communications agency based in Madison Wisconsin, large enough to serve a diverse range of clients, yet nimble enough to be able to respond quickly and efficiently to their rapidly changing needs.

We’re looking for an art director who understands the important role that design plays in communicating a strategic message to a specific target audience. You’ll collaborate with writers and other creatives to develop new and interesting ways to solve our clients’ challenges. Plus, you’ll be part of a team that encourages and supports professional growth.

A college degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of agency experience are required. Candidates will have a demonstrated passion for creative concepting and will be able to effectively communicate their ideas with internal staff, clients and vendors. Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are a must and interactive expertise (Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS) are a plus. Ideal candidates will also have experience directing photography.
