Welcome to bandworth, the S&B interactive media blog (our sister blog, food4thought explores public relations).
Why a blog? Because people are talking about social media and Web 2.0…or 3.0. And our clients ask us questions. Lots of questions. Like:
- “What do I need to know about interactive media? What is its role in my marketing communications plan?”
- “My customers aren’t 14-year-old girls. Do we really need to have a blog/Twitter account/ Facebook page?”
- “Should I be conducting webinars?”
- “Does anyone send email anymore?”
- “How can I use my website to solve my business challenges?”
- “How much should I be spending on this?”
The answer to the first question is deceptively simple: “It’s just another tool to reach your customers.” We’ll be talking about that later. The answers to the other questions…well, we’ll be talking about those in future posts, as well.
